All online sales are non-refundable. Tickets are valid for the night purchased only. If a concert should be canceled, tickets for that night become valid for any other night for HerrinFesta Italiana 2011 only.
All tickets purchased online are for "will call" pickup. You must bring your email confirmation to the HerrinFesta Italiana Ticket Booth to pickup your tickets. If you do not bring your Google Checkout email receipt to the ticket booth, you must provide photo ID, your billing zip code, and email address to pickup your tickets.

Online ticket sales close the night before the shows. Tickets may still be purchased at the Ticket Booth. Any orders placed online containing tickets for which sales of that night have been closed will be canceled and refunded via Google Checkout.
