2017 Grand Parade Registration

Online Registration Instructions

The parade will be Saturday, May 27, 2017 at 11:00am. Line-up begins at 10:00am on the parking lot and ball field of the Herrin Middle School (700 S. 14th St.). All parties interested in the parade should register below. Registrations should be sent no later than May 18th. Late registrations will be accepted up to May 23rd.

Restrictions:  Please do not throw out/give away bouncy balls/super balls, Frisbees, or anything frozen.  All hard items are to be handed to individuals instead of thrown. 

CANDY WILL NOT BE THROWN FROM ANY PARADE ENTRY!  CANDY MAY BE GIVEN TO WATCHERS FROM PEOPLE WALKING NEXT TO THE ENTRIES BUT NOT RIDING ON THE PARADE ENTRY.  NO EXCEPTIONS

ALL PARADE ENTRIES WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A WRITTEN DESCRIPTION TO BE READ AT THE AWARDS PODIUM.

Confetti will not be allowed on any parade entry. 

Parade entries will be issued a number after your entry has been completed and accepted.  These numbers will not determine place in the parade but be for identification only.  You will be required to have your number on the day of the parade to give to the parade marshals  when the parade begins.
