What Concert Tickets are Available?

Online at www.herrinfesta.com or at the Festa.

When Do Concert Gates Open?

The Piazza opens at various times depending on the day. Generally, the Piazza opens one hour prior to the first concert of the day. Piazza hours are:

Are Children Free?

The Midway requires no ticket and is free. To enter the Piazza, all children age 3 and up must have a ticket. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket.

Do you offer Military or Senior Citizen Discounts?

No, discounts are not available.

Are There Group Discounts?

No, we do not offer group discounts.

Are Credit Cards Accepted at the Ticket Booth?

Yes, you may pay with cash or credit/debit card.

Can I Upgrade My Piazza Tickets to Pit Tickets?

Yes, if pit tickets are still available on the day you visit, you may upgrade to Pit level at the ticket booth. You cannot do this online.

I Can’t Find My Tickets!

You can get your tickets by going to www.eventbrite.com and entering your email address.

Where Can I Stay for the Weekend?

Can I Bring a Scooter / Wheelchair / Golf Cart?

Motorized scooters and wheelchairs for disabled patrons are allowed on the Festa grounds. Personal golf carts are not allowed. Please be aware that the crowds may be heavy, maneuvering may be difficult, and that there is no place at the show to plug in and recharge.

Can I Bring a Lawn Chair or Blanket?

No, lawn chairs are not permitted in the Piazza for safety reasons. The Piazza is gravel, bringing a blanket is not recommended.

Can I Bring my Own Food & Drink?

Outside food and drinks are not allowed. There will be plenty of food vendors available on the show grounds.

Can I Bring a Stroller or Wagon for My Kids?

Yes, strollers or small wagons are allowed in the Midway, they are not allowed in the Piazza.

Where is Seating Available in the Piazza?

Picnic tables are available in the general admission area only. The Pit area is standing room only, chairs are not provided or allowed.

What Items are Not Allowed in the Piazza?

The following items are NOT allowed:

  • Backpacks
  • Coolers
  • Alcohol
  • Cans
  • Glass containers
  • Pets
  • Weapons
  • Narcotics and paraphernalia
  • Roller blades or skates
  • Skateboards

What if it Rains?

HerrinFesta does everything possible to ensure that if a concert must be delayed due to weather that the minimum impact is felt by our guests. However, in some cases, this cannot happen. No refunds will be given for shortened or canceled concerts.

Will There Be Shade?

The Midway has a few trees and buildings, but in general, there is no shade on the Festa grounds. You are encouraged to bring hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen lotion. No tents or canopies are allowed.

Can I Go Out of the Piazza and Back In?

Yes, readmission with your armband or hand stamp is allowed. Be sure to get a hand stamp if you do not have a Pit or VIP arm band.

Can I Arrange for Handicap Parking Drop-Off/Pick-Up?

Unfortunately, we do not have shuttle service to/from the show due to foot traffic and equipment proximity.

Is There A Section for Handicapped Patrons in the Piazza?

Yes, a dedicated area in the PIazza is only for handicapped patrons. One guest may accompany the handicapped person into this area. This section is in the Piazza, and requires a Piazza ticket for all persons. Use of this section is optional.
