Herrin City Library, with the participation of the Italian Film Festival of St. Louis, will present new Italian films during HerrinFesta Italiana. Febbre da fieno (Hayfever), a romantic comedy, will be shown on May 25 at 2 pm and again on May 27 at 5 pm. L’uomo fiammifero (The Thin Match-Man), a children’s movie, will be shown on May 26th at 2 pm. Both films will be shown in the Library’s Community Meeting Room, 120 North 13th Street, Herrin, Illinois. Light refreshments will be provided. The films are free and open to the public.

The two main characters Matthew and Camilla must overcome memories of the past and begin to live in the present. If you feel yourself tearing up, just say it’s hay fever!
