Registration Instructions

The INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT will be conducted on Sunday, May 25, 2008.  Each team must designate a “Captain” who will be responsible for assisting with scoring during the game; signing the scorecard following the game; and for communicating the rules and the CODE OF CONDUCT to each team participant.  Each team will be allowed to register one substitute.  Entry into this tournament will be limited because of time constraints.  The registration fee will be $150 and must be paid at the time of registration.  An email address is requested for the captain / contact person of the team.

The ADULT – CHILD DIVISION TOURNAMENT will be conducted on Saturday, May 24, 2008.  The eligibility rules for entries into this tournament are stated on the registration form – please review the eligibility rules BEFORE entering.  Entry into this tournament will also be limited due to time constraints.  The registration fee is $60 per team.  An email address is requested for the captain / contact person of the team.

Your submission of a registration form implies that you have read the CODE OF CONDUCT which follows these registration instructions.  Unless all participants can adhere to this published CODE OF CONDUCT – please do not enter a team.

The registration form for the appropriate tournament should be printed from this web site.  Please complete that form and return it via the US Postal Service to the address indicated on the registration form.  Teams will be placed into the tournament on a “first come – first served” basis as determined by the postmark date on the entry.  Since postmark date will be used to determine the order of entry, hand delivered registrations WILL NOT be accepted.  The check for the registration should be made payable to Herrinfesta Italiana and included with the registration form.  Please make sure to include the phone number and email address of the “team captain” in case there are any questions.

The list of teams entered in each tournament will be updated and posted on the HerrinFesta Italiana web site at www.herrinfesta.com as entries are received.  Also, once the tournament field is full – the brackets along with the time your team will play will also be posted on the web site.
